More in Silent Era
No-contact counter
A no contact tracker that counts every day since you last contacted your ex, even on days you don't open the app.
Breathe with Pip
When you want to text your ex, “I want to contact them” starts a one-minute breathing exercise with Pip before you act.
Unsent
Unsent is a private place to write everything you want to say to your ex. It's saved privately, never sent.
Silent Era is a self-help companion, not therapy. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
